Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment time: no charge.

 

Late cancellation fee

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a £50 cancellation fee, which will be charged to the card on file or collected before your next appointment.

No show policy

Failure to attend without notice will also incur the £50 cancellation fee.

 

Emergencies

We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we may waive the fee at our discretion.
